"Worked well at first, but didn’t hold up"
I picked up this Corona pruner hoping it would be a solid tool for regular yard work. At first, it felt nice in my hand and made clean cuts, so I was feeling good about it haha.
After a few months though, the spring started getting weak and the blade began to feel a little loose. I’m not exactly out there abusing my tools, so that was kind of frustrating.
For the price, I expected it to last longer. It still works, but I don’t think I’d buy the same one again.

"Felt a bit left in the dark"
I was just trying to find some basic product info, but the site made it way more frustrating than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly, and I kept having to click around without really knowing where to go next. It kind of left me feeling in the dark instead of guided. Not the worst site ever, but definitely not the easiest to use...

"My gut says the shipping process needs work"
I had a feeling this might take longer than expected, and unfortunately I was right. It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting with no update at all. I get that delays happen, but not hearing anything makes it frustrating

"I bought this pruner hoping it would..."
I bought this pruner hoping it would make trimming small branches easier, but it got dull way faster than I expected. After a short time, I had to squeeze hard just to cut through smaller stuff, which got frustrating. I also reached out about it, and the email replies felt like they were coming from a robot instead of an actual person. Overall, not really worth it for me

"I picked up a Corona hand..."
I picked up a Corona hand tool it felt good at first. The grip is soft enough, doesn’t really slip around, and for short little tasks it does the job just fine.
After using it for a while though, my hand started to feel tired. Not sure how to explain it, but it just doesn’t stay comfortable once you’re doing longer yard work. I’d say it’s okay for quick jobs, just not something I’d want to use for a long stretch

"Warranty worked out, but for some reason it took a while"
Customer service did get back to me, but for some reason it took a few days every time I sent a message. They did honor the warranty in the end, so I appreciate that, but the whole process wasn’t exactly smooth. I also had to send extra info twice, which was a little annoying. Not a terrible experience, but not great either. 3 stars feels about right.
